Mui Han is the Principal Consultant for ChangeDynamics Consulting and he has extensive experience in leading diverse consulting and training assignments across different industries. Mui Han was an assessor to identify gaps and formulate development plans for the senior leadership team (C-1) for a state government linked company using Assessment Center. Prior to ChangeDynamics, Mui Han was a Senior Consultant in a regional management consulting firm based in Jakarta. Mui Han was leading and driving Assessment business service offering, by establishing and developing overall Assessment Framework for the firm.
He also developed comprehensive performance-based variable Compensation schemes and Reward infrastructures for clients in the manufacturing/automotive industries. In these assignments, he was the lead in putting together structured communication and change management activities for the rollout of new HR systems developed.
He was also with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Advisory Services Malaysia where he was the Project Member of Post Merger Integration in developing integration and harmonization programs to ensure successful merger of two entities. He led in the design of new HR systems to integrate and enhance existing systems of the merged entities. He also developed and rolled out transition and communication programs for the new systems to all employees.
Mui Han was part of the team to implement a career pathing framework for a Global Shared-Service Company. The project scope was to put in-place Career Management Framework to ensure employee retention. His other experiences include implementing Talent Assessment and Development for key talent in local telecommunication and financial services providers. He has also conducted leadership development workshops and executive coaching for key Managers for a leading Paper Mill in Indonesia.
Mui Han was also the Project Team Lead for helping a Regional Legal Firm for their HR Transformation journey that included the designing and rolling out HR modules such as Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development Framework and HR Policies and Procedure.
Prior to PwC, Mui Han was part of the Change Management Team for Core Banking System replacement Programme rollout for a local development bank with 400 branches nationwide.
Mui Han’s attention based Emotional Intelligence programs leverages on the latest in neuroscience research and offers various key mind training methodologies that build the core emotional intelligence skills needed for managers today to peak at their performance and have effective leadership. Mui Han helps professionals at all levels to adapt; management teams to evolve and leaders to optimize their impact and influence. Mui Han’s clients include Axiata Group Berhad, Dialog Group Berhad, Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad, Sarawak Energy Board, Bayer Healthcare, Hap Seng Group, Citigroup, Chin Hin Group, Unilever and Sunsuria Group.
He also leads programs in Performance Management – implementing Balanced Scorecard and KPI setting, Rewards Management – Job Analysis and Job Evaluation and Succession Planning. As a person who was managing manufacturing operations and key account relations in the FMCG industry, Mui Han brings with him his experience in the manufacturing field and combines it with consulting needs of his clients.
Shanmuga is the Principal Consultant for ChangeDynamics Consulting. Shanmuga’s consulting career spans over 13 years. During this time he has worked in several leading global consulting firms such as Accenture, IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Advisory Services. He also bring global experience via his project experience in Japan, New Zealand, India and Philippines.
Shanmuga’s key strength is in leading Programme Management of transformational projects. Transformational projects impact organisations from multiple dimensions of strategy, people, process and technology. Shanmuga takes a holistic view to help organisation transform towards a high performance organisation. Shanmuga was the Change Management Lead for a Core Banking System replacement Programme at a local development bank. The bank has over 400 branches nationwide and with more than 6000 staff. Customized change management strategies was developed to manage the change process for the various stakeholders.
Shanmuga’s Programme Management experience spans from large System Implementation Projects to Regional Corporate Restructuring Exercises. He lead the Project Management Office (PMO) lead for the restructuring of a large regional healthcare group. Shanmuga was also the PMO lead for the ERP (SAP) implementation for a major Malaysian Automotive Distributor. In both programmes, Shanmuga was able to assure the client was able to maximised their business value while ensuring the project was completed on time and on budget.
Shanmuga has vast experience in System Integration work during his time in Accenture. He played pivotal roles in multiple large & complex System Integration Project for the highly demanding international telecommunications industry. He has a proven track record of successful leading SI project.
Shanmuga has also helped clients to develop strategic plans for transforming their business. He was instrumental in developing the new target operating model for a large Malaysian Postal & Courier company.
Shanmuga has extensive experience in supporting government agencies plan and implement their initiatives. Some of the Malaysian government agencies include Khazaznah, MAMPU, MOHE, MIGHT and NCIA.
